2) The answers are not entirely true (I don’t how how to explain that better), so it must be D

They are added to the 3′ end first, in one straight movement, an dthey are added to the 5′ end using primers and Okasaki fragments. So the answer is B/
Q2- If I’m not mistaken, since it is carried on the X chromosome, you would need to know the genome of the mother as well, because she can be a carrier. So, D.

They pair adenine with thymine and cytosine with guanine. Adenine and Guanine are the purines, and they have two organic rings. Cytosine and Guanine are the pyridmidine, which have one organic ring, Adenine and Thymine are paired with a double bond and Cytosine and Guanine with a triple. The answer to the question is D.
