Does Major Weight Loss Cure Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome?
Posted by adminI am very much obese and have all the horrible side effects of PCOS: the excess facial/body hair, some male pattern baldness, darkened skin on the back of my neck, underarms, inner thighs, acne, etc. I also have what is known as Metabolic Syndrome. If I was to become a healthy weight for my age (27), would this cure or drastically reduce the effects of my PCOS or am I doomed to suffer with this condition for the rest of my life?
