High Testosterone Symptoms?

I have large eyebrows and a unibrow if I don’t shave it. I’ve always had peach fuzz on my upper lip, it’s black hair so I guess it’s more noticable.
I have a bit of body hair. Hairy legs and a sort of hairy arms.
My voice is about average. Most people say it’s average, very few say it’s kind of deep.
I don’t know if I build muscle easily, I never do sports or work out.
I’m pretty short, about 5’6 and 15.
Does it sound like I have high testosterone, and does high testosterone cause male pattern baldness?
