Male Baldness Info

am 23 male and i began to lose my hair last year,the problem is genetically.
my big brother(2 years older than me) until now he is gone bald over half of his upper scalp(sorry i dont know how can i describe it well).
any way……am i gonna have “the exactly same pattern” of baldness that he is going through????
onther thing
and i know u will say “noooo”….but is there any cure for genetically problems for losing hair???if no,what can i do to delay as much as i can the falling process.
