I don’t stress out, I just believe my body wants to age maybe because of the pollutants of the Earth, maybe the nasty toxins of our environment, etc. Whatever the problem is, I’m not going to let the slow progress of getting up in age stop me from being in shape, healthy, and feeling mobile in everyday life.
