My Hair Is Receding At 16, Is There Anything I Am Doing That Is Causing My Hair To Fall Out Early?

In January my hair started to thin out all over, and hair was falling out all more than usual. Then that slowed down, but I noticed that my hair line at the front and sides is receding.
Is there anything I could be eating or doing that is causing male pattern baldness to affect me early?
