Male Baldness Info

Hi,
I am 20 years old , studying in IIT Roorkee. I have been suffering from hair loss (for more or less 2 years). The hair loss seems to be throughout the scalp , but a little more concentrated round th e left parting and the rest like the male pattern baldness of sehwag where only the side parts remain. The middle area throughout has very much reduced hair density now.
I have very curly and at the moment medium length hair and as a result the hair loss can be hidden with some hairstyles. However if i roll back my hair , or while its wet, the scalp is visible from the front.
I am using Clinic All Clear , Hairfall defense shampoo at the moment. Moreover I am originally situated in Delhi.
Please advise me on remedies that i should take and whether i should take steps such as getting hair cut short or shaving my head as well as increasing intake of juice or something.
