Male Baldness Info

My hair is thinning and i’m only 20. There’s no male pattern baldness in my family either. My barber told me it may be a disease called alpoecia. Does anyone have any information?

I am a male of 35 and for the past 5 years i m having hairfall from various spots in round patches, can any one suggest me any natural remidy.
