Male Baldness Info

My hair is thick, but in the front, the middle part very thin. It’s down to my shoulders, but it’s a mess. I have to wear a wig and the whole thing is not good.

I have seen in my case, I’m blading near my temples, but this area is also prone to excessive sweating. Especially in summers when it gets humid. Is there any relation, and if yes, how can it be treated?
