Male Baldness Info

Will my hair ever grow back? I am 24/male. There is no baldness problem in my family. Lately (since the past 8 months), I have been under tremendous stress (physically as well as in the form of mental tension). There was tremendous hairfall during this period. There are no bald spots on my scalp except near the upper corners of my forehead.Also there are some spots on scalp where the hair density is very low.
I am afraid that I might go bald. Is there anything that I can try to ensure that I grow back hair (if possible, faster)?

I have been experiencing back pain and chest pain (the chest pain feels like someone is poking me in the middle and sometimes in the right side of the my chest). I went to the ER three days ago and they gave me a blood test (for my blood counts, cholesterol, and kidney), EKG, and a chest x ray.. everything came out normal.. my dad died two years ago and i have been in a lot of stress lately and most of the time i am having trouble falling asleep at night. Therefore, my doctor told me that it’s the stress and not being able to sleep at night that are causing all the back pains and chest pain. Also, I have been taking rogaine for my male pattern baldness. So i’m not sure if that’s another cause of my chest pain. I am a 20-year old man.. about to turn 21 this month.. can someone tell me why am i still getting chest pains and sometimes back pains?
