Male Baldness Info

hi so im 18 years old and ive been experiencing some scalp issues for years.
since i was like 11-16 i wore alot of hats. i wore hats while skateboarding for hours and while in hot springs too. i wore a beanie after i got out of the shower because i had long thick white hair that would only chill out if i wore a beanie while it was wet. when i turned 15 i noticed my hair line receding. no biggie right. now im the baldest 18 year old i’ve ever seen. all the doctors say its male pattern baldness but im not sure. also since i was about 15 ive noticed my scalp itches alot. sweat makes it itchier and when i gently massage the itch it gets really red and i shed dry flakes all over along with hair that has a little white bulb on the end. i’m not completely sure but i think ive lost hair on the sides of my head too like an even all over thinning not patterned though my hair line is high as hell. i recently shaved my head down which was a big change because ive always had long hair. anyway scalp itchy and red. hair falls out with white bulbs on end. anything anyone knows would be nice.
ps. ive tried nioxin, nizoral, head and shoulders special strength, and t gel. nothing helps at all.
pss. i have no funky discoloration other then redness and with about a 2 second look a doctor told me my scalp was healthy.
by the way sometimes my hair roots actually hurt. like when it was long and the wind blew it back it would be painful in spots. hair movement actually hurt sometimes. when i told 2 of my doctors about my itchy, red, shedding and sore scalp i walked out both times with fluoconide and a prescription for propecia when i was 16! the propecia did nothing after 6 months there was no slowing in loss.

My hair seems to be thinning and I have experienced some hair falling out which alarms me seeing as I’m only 18. I have read on websites that Male Pattern Baldness for some people can kick in pretty young however I have read that it is also genetic and hereditary. Which in my case doesn’t make sense since NOBODY on either side of my family is bald, none of them are even balding, nobody. My dad is 50 and has a full head of hair, all my uncles have their hair and even my grandpa. This can’t be male pattern baldness cause it can’t be genetic what else could be causing this? is it something I can fix?
