Male Baldness Info

Hi im a young adult going through the early stages of male pattern baldness. YES it SUCKS!!!
and please for those of you who want to enter here saying “bald is beautiful” please save it for a person who isnt willing to fix a bad thing if given the chance. you know it and i know it, deep down inside baldness is unappealing to women and is a confidence demoralizer.
anyways, i have a question for those of you who have gotten hair transplants.
Did your hair fall out after the initial transplant? How long before you had to get a second transplant? Third?

I’ve recently lost about 28 pounds over about 8 months, i started excersing more and eating less, I also pretty much stopped eating meat accept for the odd meal. i’ve recently noticed my hair thinning and some strands of hair are coming out when ever i run my hand through my hair. They are all coming from a similar area on the top of my head around and above the crown. Is a symptom of male pattern baldness increased hair shedding? I seem to be able to easily get strands of hair to come out in my hand from certain areas of my scalp.
