Male Baldness Info

I’m 18 years old and already the hair on the top of my head is getting thin, although I’m not losing hair and no one on either side of my family has history of male pattern baldness. I’ve also had a lot of dandruff no matter which shampoo/conditioner combination I use, it doesn’t seem to go away but sometimes it seems to lessen. My head will also get an itch and when I start to scratch it, my head will start to have a burning/stinging sensation in that area and turn red. I have not been able to find out what is causing this nor how to get rid of it. Would anyone happen to have any insight as to what is happening?

I’m 32, there is no history of male pattern baldness in my family, my brother who is 2 years older than me and my father, who is 60, both have a full head of hair. I noticed that most of last year i had horrible dandruff, i could not put my fingers trough my hair without dandruff specs coming off. i tried some shampoos but nothing seemed to help the dandruff, suddenly the dandruff went away but then my hair started falling out, specially above my forehead and on the back of my head, could there be a connection between the dandruff and the hair loss? anyone had this happen to them? any treatments? will rogaine help?
