Male Baldness Info

Will my hair ever grow back? I am 24/male. There is no baldness problem in my family. Lately (since the past 8 months), I have been under tremendous stress (physically as well as in the form of mental tension). There was tremendous hairfall during this period. There are no bald spots on my scalp except near the upper corners of my forehead.Also there are some spots on scalp where the hair density is very low.
I am afraid that I might go bald. Is there anything that I can try to ensure that I grow back hair (if possible, faster)?

Are people ever going to figure out that people’s hats don’t cause people to go bald, but rather they wear hats because they are going bald. It is this cause and effect thing that people are always screwing up on with this subject and many others.
Now please, don’t argue with me on this. I have male pattern baldness. I would have a big bald spot on the top of my head regardless of whether I ever wore a hat previously or not.
Actually, it sort of surprises me that so many people think this. I even had a barber tell me once that it causes hair loss.
