Male Baldness Info

I’ve been really stressed over the last year from boyfriends, to my parents relationship, my best friend changing and drifting, doubts with God (which has been very stressful). I’ve been very depressed. I spent most of my time in bed debating whether life was worth living… I noticed that my hair was falling out like crazy in the middle of all of this… I hadn’t noticed how depressed and stressed I was till then. I went to the dermatologist she said my hair would grow back when I stopped stressing.. But she also mentioned signs of male pattern baldness. Can hair from stress also cause something that looks like male pattern baldness.. or do I just have male pattern baldness. I haven’t been able to stop stressing. I’m tense all the time and my scalp is so tight… What should I do? I used to go to God with my problems and that was biggest part of my life… Now it’s so much harder.. Help, I’d appreciate it more than you know
