Male Baldness Info

lately my scalp has been really itchy along with some thinning. I’m 17 right now and trying to figure out how to get rid of my itchy scalp and grow back the hair I lost. My hair used to be really thick but now it’s getting thinner every month. Male pattern baldness doesn’t run on either side of my family so this is really weird. I went to a doctor but all he could recommend was some nuetragena t gel that has some really harsh chemicals and one other doctor said it was normal shedding and that I should see more hair growth within 1 month, but now that it’s been 2 months, I’m starting to think doctors don’t know what they’re talking about. I was told by the first one I went to that I had a yeast infection on my scalp.
If you decide to answer me please don’t make it complicated or hard to understand your explanation.
Cliff notes: hair thinning but it doesn’t run in the family along with a yeast infection in my scalp.
