Male Baldness Info

I’ve been losing hair for about 1.5 years.
No real bald spot nor receding hairline.
Mostly the top is thin, the sides are a little thin too (by thin I mean that the scalp is easy to see).
I had a TSH test done 1 year ago and it was normal as far as I know.
Any tips on what to do?
Has anyone gone through the same thing?
Is this Male Pattern Baldness?

Take it down low, man. Just shave your head, you’ll be surprised how many women enjoy the freshly shaved head, and you’ll save yourself a ton of money. Nobody is fooled by the hair plugs.
Male pattern baldness has been considered a sign of virility in some cultures. This has some scientific validity, since it is caused by DHT (Dihydroxy testosterone), which actually binds more tightly to testosterone receptors than testosterone.
Not convinced? Think Bruce Willis before and after he decided to shave his head…just something to think about, before you start spending alot of money on hair.
Don’t take any of that too seriously.
