Male Baldness Info

I am balding at the age of 16 and my hair has been very thin since the age of 14. My hair line has remained, but my hair is so thin it is running my life.
If the dermatologist says that I do have male pattern baldness, what should I ask her?
for example is there anything i can take at my age?
It is not fair, why did this have to happen to me

1. Is it actually PROVEN that a man will lose hair in the EXACT same speed and way as their grandfather on their mother’s side of the family?
2. My Grandfather had a bald spot on the back of his head, and my brother, who is 25 is now starting to have a receding hairline and thinning of the hair, I am 16 years old and have really long and thick hair. Is it possible that I will lose my hair in the same way as my Brother?, I am a lot diffrent than my bro, for a start we both look completly different, He’s short and Im well over 6ft. My body is built a hell of a lot diffrently than his.
