Male Baldness Info

i am not too sure why i am still experiencing chest pains, I had history of chest pains before and i ended up in the ER a few months ago ’cause i thought i was having a heart attack due to my chest pains. However, after having a chest x-ray, EKG and blood tests, the doctors told me that i was just having anxiety. It is true that my life has been very stressful since the death of my father 2 years ago, and my doctor prescribed me paxil for my stress, but i only took it for 3 days because i couldn’t handle the severe side effects of it. Also, i think i have learned how to control my stress without any medications. Also, i have been taking Rogaine for my male pattern baldness which my other doctor prescribed to me almost a year ago; however, i have decided to temporary stop the medication (rogaine) 4 days ago since i noticed that it is the one that’s giving me the chest pains, and also because one of the side effects of it is chest pains. My question is why am i still getting this random chest pains?? it feels like something is poking and/or grabbing my chest (most of the time the left side that hurts). I am only 21 years old so i am not too sure what’s the matter of me. I don’t smoke nor drink alcohols. Oh yeah, i am currently seeing a counselor for my stress.

I am going to see my dermatologist about what I think is alopecia areata — a disease that makes your hair follicles shut down in random spots on your head. My hair has fallen out in several places, most of which are about the size of a fingerprint, but in others spots it’s more noticeable.
Apparently this disease goes hand in hand with eczema, allergies and asthma, all of which I have lived with and treated successfully so I can live a normal life. But this hair loss is a new thing.
I just wanted to find out if there are other people with this problem. It’s not male-pattern baldness. It’s not that my hairline is receding, it’s that it is falling out in spots and might not grow back for a while if at all.
What treatments might my doctor suggest for this? What did you do about this illness, if you’ve had it? Did it ever grow back, or were you stuck with only some of your hair?
Thanks in advance for your advice. This is an embarrassing problem and I just want to know I’m not alone.
