Male Baldness Info

Hi,
I am 36 years old male. i am little bit bald at the center of my head. i started losing my hair 8 years before. i noticed only 3 years before my baldness is more visible. my friend suggested me to use neo-leaf from japan. i am using that ever-since. it stopped hair falls but i don’t see any regrowth of hair. i don’t have any heredity issues. i have 4 months to fix this problem. please help me. i don’t like hair transplant. thankyou.

Hi im a young adult going through the early stages of male pattern baldness. YES it SUCKS!!!
and please for those of you who want to enter here saying “bald is beautiful” please save it for a person who isnt willing to fix a bad thing if given the chance. you know it and i know it, deep down inside baldness is unappealing to women and is a confidence demoralizer.
anyways, i have a question for those of you who have gotten hair transplants.
Did your hair fall out after the initial transplant? How long before you had to get a second transplant? Third?
