Male Baldness Info

Im’ suffering from progressive male pattern baldness. I have heard that there are some treatments /hair oil /medicines/ Ashrams at kerala, south India, which assures regrowth of hair.
If anyone has any info/ experience pls share it with me.
Ive heard about a fruit named as “Kumuty Khai” (Available at Kutralam Kerala) which grows new hair on bald head.
Is it true ?
Pls advice me if u know anymore about it.

I am a 23 year old male and am experiencing hair loss. I am possibly interested in trying a product to help my baldness but I am concerned about which product to use and what effects it might create? Any info on this would be great.
