Male Baldness Info

Will my hair ever grow back? I am 24/male. There is no baldness problem in my family. Lately (since the past 8 months), I have been under tremendous stress (physically as well as in the form of mental tension). There was tremendous hairfall during this period. There are no bald spots on my scalp except near the upper corners of my forehead.Also there are some spots on scalp where the hair density is very low.
I am afraid that I might go bald. Is there anything that I can try to ensure that I grow back hair (if possible, faster)?

so here’s the deal, i just want some second opinions on my plan of action. i am 15 yrs. old, and i started going bald. When i first went to the doctor(was not a dermatologist), he thought that it was probably a fungal infection and treated me for everything that it could possibly be, a month later, nothing was working, so we wint to a dermatologist who took a sample of my scalpe. She called us back and said i had male pattern baldness. she gave me a perscription for propecia, and told me to do some research and see if i wanted to take it or not. So i am asking, is this drug worth taking, or should is there other things i can take, or whatever, just need a second opinion.
