Male Baldness Info

Hi, I’m 21 yrs. old and I’m from India. People when they look at me don’t believe that I’m 21, rather they assume that I’m 30- 35. The flaws on my face I would say are dark circles around my eyes, wrinkles on my face, very thick eye brows and frown marks on my forehead..And I also have started balding ( MALE PATTERN BALDNESS) for which i wanna regain my hair back.And my arms and body are densely hairy.So please suggest me some solutions/measures in terms of DIET or other in a natural and a healthy way that would make me look like somebody of my actual age.Please suggest me something in such a way that is feasible to follow in India.
