Why Are Males In Today’s Society So Generally Opposed To Women Having Pubic Hair?
Posted by adminIt’s pretty much the norm anymore to go bald or have an itty bitty strip. I’m just curious why this is…every guy I’ve asked says they prefer a woman shaved….i’m a female and I actually prefer the hippie look- it’s just so primal and complimenting to the female figure. Baldness makes everyone look like overgrown babies…and is hard and expensive to keep up, irritating to the area in terms of stubble, friction, and exposure…I’m just curious what other people think. Females included, because girls, I just don’t know how you do it!
100 years ago, even 40 years ago, to shave down there would be considered absolutely disgusting, like a prostitute or worse. But now its considered clean.
The way things are going, hair is becoming something disgusting to society in general. I was reading in my local paper the other day about how young women prefer their men to shave their LEGS! I thought, have we lost it?
Women are also asking men to shave their pubic areas and balls too.
Im really lucky, I have a partner who loves my hair. I prefer hairy down there and you can push the hair out of the way anyway. A lot of people dont like hair because of the dirtiness connotation, but its also a personal choice thing too.
I’m not opposed to it at all. I have never been with a woman who shaved her pubes. I think it is nice if it is trimmed especially if you are real harry down there, otherwise I could care less.
do it out of courtesy for your partner if that is their preference
and
if you expect your partner to have a high maintenance stash then keep yours tidy too please.
I think it is all about the visual and sensation/friction improvements.

Many men prefer it because its the norm in porn, at least that seems to be the general theory as how it was started that i’ve heard. Although certain close sources (*cough* my hubby *cough*) have said because then there aren’t any loose hairs during oral.
For me its to do with intimacy, you can’t get any closer…..

Personally, I not only dislike the feeling of hair, but it also tends to look unkempt. Perhaps just keeping it cultivated would tend to make it more appealing. No rainforests, please! Similar to a man’s facial hair–a beard needs to be kept neat and trimmed and shaped in order to keep from looking like a scrounge or a bum. Of course, it sounds as though that may be a look you are attracted to (hippie or disheveled, not necessarily a bum), and if so, then have at it. That’s the remarkable thing about attraction–each person is different.
